Our editorial standards
How Bible Academy writes, checks and updates every article.
Who publishes our articles
Articles are published by Bible Academy in four sections: Study Guides (reading and study), Quiz & Trivia, People & Stories and Apps & Tools. Our founder, Cédric Pokam, is responsible for what we publish.
Scripture first
We start from the text of the Bible, not from opinions about it. When an article says “the Bible says”, it gives the reference so you can read the passage yourself. Where Christians hold different views, we say so and present them fairly instead of picking a side for you.
Every verse is checked
Bible quotations are taken from the King James Version (public domain), the translation used in the Bible Academy app. Quoted verses are not typed by hand: they are pulled from the Bible text itself each time the site is updated, so a quotation cannot drift from the text.
Quiz answers come with their verse
Every quiz question on this site and in the app has one correct answer, an explanation and the verse it comes from. If you find a mistake, tell us and we fix it.
Comparisons of Bible apps
Bible Academy is our own app, and we say so in every comparison. We describe other apps from their public features and prices on the date shown, and we update comparisons when those change. No company pays us to be featured, and we do not use affiliate links.
Updates and corrections
Each article shows the date it was last updated. If you spot an error, a broken link or something unclear, write to [email protected]: we read every message and correct the article.
Use of AI
We use AI tools to help research and draft our articles. Before publishing, every quoted verse is pulled from the Bible text itself, every reference is checked, and every article is reviewed against these standards. The Bible Academy app also includes an AI Bible assistant, clearly labeled as such, which shows the verses its answers are based on.
